Terms and Conditions
We have the right to cancel any order at any time. Shipping only to the domestic 48 States to a physical address. If you are in HI, PR, PO Box, GU, APO, FPO, or similar destinations, shipping may be more. Contact us for details. All orders placed with Nakoshi by phone, web, or email constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed by Nakoshi. All digital and physical products shall remain the property of Nakoshi until paid for in full.
All orders shipped to a California address must pay state, county, and city sales tax as required. Prices, materials, design, color, included contents, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items sold separately. Depending on the product ordered and the destination, certain shipping services may not be available. Nakoshi will not be responsible for pricing errors and may cancel an order.
Credit card and PayPal orders will not be shipped until all information is verified and matched. Other orders, including check, money order, and gift certificate orders, will not be shipped until payment has been received in full and cleared. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 30 calendar days. Shipping offers apply only to a physical address in the continental United States.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days from receipt of the product, no exceptions. Items returned or exchanged must be new, unused, and in original packaging. There are no returns on items that have been used, scratched, defaced, or are missing parts. A 30% restocking fee may be assessed on authorized returns. Special order and custom order items cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

Nakoshi will process special and custom orders as efficiently as possible, but will not be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
No warranty is given if a defect was caused by customer abuse, negligence, mishandling, or improper installation. Products sold by Nakoshi are subject only to manufacturer warranty, if any. Warranty items may be submitted to manufacturers for inspection and approval for repair or replacement, and the customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees.
Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information that you provide directly to us, including contact information used to communicate with you about services, orders, marketing, support, promotions, fraud prevention, and obligations arising from contracts. Personal information will not be kept longer than necessary for the specific purpose for which it was collected. SMS consent will not be shared with third parties.
Nakoshi Inc. is committed to keeping personal information accurate, confidential, secure, and private. Through use of this website, you consent to the data procedures expressed in this agreement. You may opt out of communications by emailing hello@nakoshi.com. The SMS service is intended for US residents only, and users must be at least 18, or at least 13 with parent or guardian permission.
