No appointment scheduling needed. Show up on media day and our photographers handle everything. Each player gets three individually posed portraits plus the team photo, available to download from an online gallery within days of the event.

Your coach confirms media day. You'll get the date, time, and location — typically at your regular practice venue.

Order online before or on the day. Choose your package — Standard at $69.99 includes 3 poses plus the team photo.

Arrive in uniform. We handle backdrop setup, lighting, and posing direction. Individual sessions run 5–10 minutes per player.

We work with league directors to schedule your team's slot. Once confirmed, you'll receive a roster sheet and communication timeline. The more players who pre-order and show up, the smoother the session goes.

Heads up: Events require a minimum number of participating players to cover costs. We share that number upfront and work with you to hit it — no-shows affect the entire event's economics.

Initial planning call. We confirm venue, date, team count, and player estimate. You'll receive a minimum participation threshold to share with coaches.

3 weeks out: We send coach notification templates, parent ordering page link, and a full communication timeline.

1 week out: Coach confirmation check-in. We identify no-show risks and work with you to fill or reschedule slots.

Day-of: Our team handles full setup, equipment, and session workflow. Just facilitate team arrivals on schedule.

Post-event: Galleries delivered, participation metrics shared, and a debrief to plan next season.

We work with youth sports teams (volleyball, soccer, football, basketball, and more), dance studios, performing arts groups, and corporate teams. If you have a group that needs professional photos, reach out and we'll let you know if we're a good fit.

The Standard package ($69.99 per player) includes 3 individually posed portraits, a team photo, online gallery access, and high-res digital downloads. All players on the same team share a consistent backdrop. Gallery is delivered on a priority basis after the event.

Events are staffed and scheduled based on confirmed participation. Teams that no-show affect coverage costs for everyone. We ask league directors to confirm coach attendance at least one week out. We've built a tiered communication system specifically to reduce this risk.

The team photo is included as a digital file with every package. Print rights belong to the player or parent who purchased. League-wide distribution rights (for use in promotions, websites, or league materials) are a separate arrangement — please reach out before the event to discuss.
