No appointment scheduling needed. Show up on media day and our photographers handle everything. Each player gets three individually posed portraits plus the team photo, available to download from an online gallery within days of the event.

We work with league directors to schedule your team's slot. Once confirmed, you'll receive a roster sheet and a communication timeline. The more players who pre-order and show up, the smoother and faster your team's session goes.

Important: We ask coaches to confirm attendance directly with us — not just through the league director. This lets us plan staffing and session timing accurately and avoid day-of gaps.

We structure the entire event around your league's calendar.

We come to your venue, set up a full studio environment, and move through your teams across an 8-hour day. Profitability depends on participation — we help you set a minimum threshold and communicate it to coaches well in advance so there are no surprises.

Heads up: Events require a minimum number of participating players to cover studio costs, photographer fees, and editing time. We share that number upfront and work with you to hit it — no-shows affect the entire event's economics.

We work with youth sports teams (volleyball, soccer, football, basketball, and more), dance studios, performing arts groups, and corporate teams. If you have a group that needs professional photos, reach out and we'll let you know if we're a good fit.
Events are staffed and scheduled based on confirmed participation. Teams that no-show affect coverage costs for everyone. We ask league directors to confirm coach attendance at least one week out — this is one of the most important steps in making the event work financially for all involved. We've built a tiered communication system specifically to reduce this risk.
The team photo is included as a digital file with every standard package purchase. Print rights belong to the player or parent who purchased the package. League-wide distribution rights (for use in promotions, websites, or league materials) are a separate arrangement — please reach out before the event to discuss.
Individual sessions run approximately 5–10 minutes per player, including posing direction and any backdrop adjustments. For a team of 12, plan on 1 to 1.5 hours including the team photo. Full event days run 8 hours and accommodate 3–8 teams.
