Does Nakoshi offer any guarantee to their customers?

Yes. All of our products are 100% guarantee to our customer’s satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied we’ll take care of it to ensure we make it right.

How do I track the status of my order?

Reach out directly to your Account Manager to get the most up to date status to your order. You can also email us at hello@nakoshi.com directly with the headline “[Customer Name] + [Order Type]” (example: Nakoshi + 100 Bags).

How long does delivery take?

Here are our standard shipping times:

Products & Accessories: Usually 2-3 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Clothing: Please allow 7-10 Days.

If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at hello@nakoshi.com

For products other than clothing, delivery time may take up to 30 days to arrive from our suppliers. The average delivery time is much lower, but we like to make our customers aware that in very rare cases it can take up to 30 days to receive your product(s). 

You can always reach out directly to your Account Manager for the most up to date information.

I ordered more than 1 item, why did I receive 1?

When you order multiple items at a time some are shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. We don’t sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information.
